1.For Chinese, who have individually owned stores. 

Logo or name of trademark, product type, copy of the business license of individually owned store, copy of the ID card of the responsible person

2.Foreigner in individual's name 

Logo or name of trademark, product type,register address, applicant's register address & Chinese name  

3. Foreigners in company's name

Logo or name of trademark, product type, copy of business certification(shall be translated into Chinese),  register address

Processing time: 1.5-2years
